Some clients require more coaching sessions than do others to complete a Personal Coaching Program. The coaching agreement, including fees, will be determined following your FREE consultation session.

   Life Coaching via Phone:

• Free Consultation 15 - 20 minutes
• (1) Intake Session 30 - 45 minutes
• (2) Check - in Sessions per month 45 - 55 minutes
• (3) Brief phone calls per month- no longer than 5 minutes each
• Unlimited emails
• Personal Coaching Program to meet your unique needs
• (1) Closing Session 30 - 45 minutes

Fees for phone coaching services start at $385 per month depending on the scope and complexity of your Personal Coaching Program.

Life Coaching In-Person (determined upon geographic location)

• Free Consultation 15 - 20 minutes
• (1) In-Person Intake Session 30 - 45 minutes
• (2) In-Person Check-in Session per month 45 - 55 minutes
• (3) Brief phone calls per month - no longer than 5 minutes each
• Unlimited e-mails
• Personal Coaching Program to meet your unique needs
• (1) Closing Session 30 - 45 minutes

Fees for in-person coaching services start at $575 per month again, depending on the scope and complexity of your Personal Coaching Program.
