   Welcome to Solutions Life Coaching, my name is Nicole Nanchy.

As a personal life coach, I work with a diverse population, joining in their journey of change and re-creation with passion, commitment, and unconditional positive-regard. I provide life coaching to men, women, couples, and families. The outcome of personal life coaching is focused on making positive internal and external shifts in one's life. By sharing my core gifts and working in collaboration with my clients, I have witnessed extraordinary life changes as they begin to blossom and thrive, finding life meaningful, purposeful, and balanced. I utilize a strategic approach in transforming challenges into triumphs.

I have 15 years of experience in the helping professions. I have both a bachelor's of science in human services and a master's of social work degree - graduating Magna cum Laude. My experience in the helping professions incorporated many aspects of clinical work with children and adults in a variety of settings, individual and group psychotherapy, homeless outreach and intervention, substance abuse counseling, sexual assault crisis counseling, mentoring incarcerated women, and intimacy counseling. As a Founder/CEO of a community non-profit organization created to assist active military personnel and their families, I grew professionally - quickly, learning management skills and financial survival via fundraisers. On many occasions, I was challenged to provide emotional support and crisis intervention counseling as military families received word of a loved ones injury or death. This was extremely difficult for me to do as I too had a son in the military who would soon be heading for the combat zone. Looking back on this period of my life, I can see how much I have grown personally, how much larger my comfort zone has become; turning challenges such as this to triumphs is the core element of life coaching and the foundation of my continued life's journey.
